I have 30 years experience in Information Technology, doing software development, support, and management of the Technology Chain.  This includes 15 years as a Senior Cobol and Assembly Language developer, and 25 years of Database design, development, performance tuning, and administration.  I am a gifted problem-solver and debugger.

I developed and supported Hewlett-Packard's internal Customer Order Processing, Repair Order Processing, and Service Contract Processing systems; Powers Regulator Co.'s Fixed Assets Processing System and Labor / Cost Accounting System; Union Special Machine Company's Bill of Material and Inventory Control Systems; and Chicago Aerial Industries Inventory Control system, all in COBOL and Assembly Language.

I developed Hewlett-Packard's manufacturing software system products: MFG/3000 and SFC/3000, both in COBOL.

I designed, implemented, and administered databases at Hewlett-Packard, Kintana and Keymage.  At Informix, I taught database design, development, performance tuning, and administration.

I excel at connecting People to Technology, and in bridging the gap between users and developers.  I managed customer support at Keymage, and held support roles as a part of my work at Kintana, Informix, and Hewlett-Packard.  I was the primary technical trainer at Kintana.
